EarnLumo withdrawals and payouts
When your eligible LumoCoin balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount, you can request a UPI payout. Every request is reviewed before payment.
How to request a withdrawal

Check your wallet
Open the wallet area to see your confirmed, eligible LumoCoin balance and the current minimum withdrawal amount.

Enter UPI details
Provide a valid UPI ID that matches your registered name. Incorrect details are the most common reason for delays.

Submit the request
The requested amount is reserved in your ledger so it cannot be spent or withdrawn twice.

Review
The EarnLumo team checks your account history, submission quality and UPI details before approving the payout.

Receive payment
Approved payouts are sent to your UPI ID. Processing time depends on review volume and payment partner schedules.
Important withdrawal rules
Minimum balance
You can only request a payout once your eligible balance reaches the minimum amount shown in your wallet.
UPI only
EarnLumo currently pays out through UPI. The UPI ID must belong to the account holder.
Reviewed, not instant
Every withdrawal is reviewed before payment. This protects the reward pool from fraud and abuse.
Balance reservation
Once requested, the amount is reserved. If the request is rejected, the amount is returned to your eligible balance.
No fees to join
EarnLumo never charges a registration, activation or withdrawal processing fee.
Abuse leads to reversal
Fraudulent submissions, duplicate accounts or chargebacks can cancel pending and completed withdrawals.
Why a withdrawal may be delayed or rejected
Common reasons include an invalid UPI ID, mismatched account name, recent submission reversals, suspicious activity, or the eligible balance falling below the minimum after a chargeback.
If your request is rejected, the reserved amount is released back to your wallet and you can fix the issue before requesting again. For help, contact support.
