How an app or game offer is completed

Every offer states what has to happen for it to count — an install, reaching a level, or completing a specific in-app step.

Start it from EarnLumo
Start the offer from your EarnLumo task list so the activity can be linked to your account. Opening an app outside EarnLumo cannot be matched to you.

Let the partner verify
Partner offers are confirmed by the provider, not by self-reporting. Verification can take time depending on the offer.

Reward after confirmation
Confirmed offers credit LumoCoins to your wallet ledger. If a provider later reverses an offer, the matching credit is reversed too.

Availability varies
Offers depend on partners and on your device and region. An offer you saw yesterday may not be available today.
Requirements are strict
Partial completion usually does not qualify. Read the requirement and finish the exact step described.
No purchase needed to use EarnLumo
EarnLumo never charges you to access tasks. Some third-party offers may involve optional in-app purchases — that is the app's own choice, not an EarnLumo requirement.
Reversals are possible
If a provider flags an offer as invalid or fraudulent, the reward is reversed in the ledger.
