Privacy Policy

Account information you provide at sign-up: your email address, full name and, optionally, a referral code. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile email and name.

Activity information generated as you use the platform: task submissions and their proof, LumoCoin ledger entries, withdrawal requests, referral relationships, notification state, and anonymous usage records (day of activity, device type, platform) used for aggregate product analytics.

To create and secure your account, verify task submissions, maintain an accurate reward ledger, process withdrawal requests, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, and measure overall platform usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not run third-party ad tracking.

Account data is stored in a managed database with row-level security, so records are readable only by you or by authorised administrators performing review duties. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Optional passkey (Face ID / fingerprint) sign-in stores only a public key on our side.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run EarnLumo (hosting, database, authentication and email delivery), and where required by law. If we integrate an approved reward provider in future, only the minimum data needed to verify a completed activity would be exchanged, and this page will be updated first.

You can update your profile details from your account, and you can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing us. Deleting an account removes your profile and personal identifiers; ledger records required for financial and anti-fraud integrity may be retained in anonymised form.
