- What is LumoCoin?
- LumoCoin (LC) is EarnLumo's internal reward unit. It records the value of verified activity on your account. It is not a cryptocurrency, token sale, security or investment, and it has no value outside EarnLumo.
- Is EarnLumo free to use?
- Yes. Creating an account, browsing activities and receiving payouts are free. We never charge registration, activation or withdrawal fees.
- How do I earn LumoCoin?
- Complete published activities such as tasks, surveys, games, app offers or referrals. Each activity shows its requirements and reward value before you start. Rewards are credited only after verification.
- Why was my task submission rejected?
- Submissions are rejected when the proof does not match the stated requirements, is blurry or incomplete, appears duplicated, or violates the rules. You can usually try again unless the task limits attempts.
- When are rewards credited?
- After verification. For admin-reviewed tasks, that means a reviewer checked your proof. For partner offers, the partner confirms the action through a secure server-side callback.
- How do withdrawals work?
- Once your eligible balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount, you can request a UPI payout from your wallet. The request is reviewed before payment; the amount is reserved during review.
- How long does a withdrawal take?
- Payouts are reviewed before being sent. Processing time depends on review volume and payment partner schedules. We do not promise instant payouts.
- Can I have multiple accounts?
- No. One account per person. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals and fake submissions can lead to reversal of rewards and suspension.
- Do you pay for likes, subscribes or comments?
- No. We do not pay for artificial social-media engagement. Following our channels is optional and not a rewarded action.
- Are earnings guaranteed?
- No. What you can earn depends on which activities are live, whether you complete them correctly, and whether they pass verification.
- How do referrals work?
- Share your referral code. When someone creates an account using it, you receive a small LumoCoin reward. There is no limit, but fake or self-created accounts are not counted.
- Is EarnLumo the same as WatchLumo, TaskLumo, RewardLumo, ContentLumo or ReferralLumo?
- Yes — those are nicknames people sometimes use when searching for parts of EarnLumo, such as watching content, completing tasks, rewards, the Content Hub or the referral programme. The only official brand and website is EarnLumo at earnlumo.com; we do not run any separate site under those names.
- Who can I contact for help?
