How a survey runs from start to reward

Qualification questions
Most surveys begin with a few profiling questions. They decide whether your profile matches the audience the researcher needs.

The main questionnaire
If you qualify, you answer the full survey. Estimated length is shown before you start where the provider supplies it.

Quality checks
Providers check for rushed, contradictory or repeated answers. Responses that fail these checks are not accepted.

Reward recorded
Accepted responses credit LumoCoins to your wallet ledger. Rejected or reversed responses do not.
Why screen-outs happen
Quotas fill quickly
Researchers need a set number of people per profile. Once that group is full, the survey closes even if you qualify.
Profile mismatch
A survey may need a specific age group, region or interest. Not matching is normal and is not a penalty on your account.
Answer honestly
Guessing what the researcher wants to hear is the fastest way to fail quality checks and lose the reward.
